  • Site/Location: Renter must find their own site for it, ideally within 1 hour drive of Traverse City. We will help haul/set up. See “Tiny House Site Selection and Set Up” info document below. In simple terms, it needs to be placed within 50ft of an outdoor water source (such as garden hose faucet or hydrant) and within 150ft of a power source. (Typically outdoor 20amp outlets can work, but 30amp RV plug is preferrable)
  • Dimensions: 8ft x 22ft (Loft: 10ft)
  • Built: 2020
  • Unfurnished: Does include Wood stove, Mini fridge, Mini stove, Ladder, Loft curtains, Blinds, Propane heater, Water heater, Full size tub, Separett compost toilet, 60gal backup water tank and pump
